In the Villa, our gentle, humble and hospitable employees are available, day and night. They are discreetly present, but are always there for you.
Chefs and housekeeping - Made and Yeni
Made and Yeni are in charge of housekeeping the villa, the laundry and they prepare your meals throughout the day for you.
They clean every morning the villa. By use of their service, the villa always looks clean as a whistle. Made and Yeni will clean for you according Western standards.
Early in the morning, Made and Yeni are preparing your delicious breakfast, where you can enjoy it during a lovely sunrise at the beach. They will prepare lunch and dinner as well. Made and Yeni will serve food and drinks trough out the day to you demands.
Their culinary skills are exquisite and very creative. They will meet all of your demands and wishes. Besides the delicious Eastern, Indonesian cuisine, they prepare divine Western meals.
Gardner - Made
Made, our gardener, is in charge of the exotic garden and assures that the garden always is in the best condition. in addition, he cleans the pool and the terrace every morning, in order that you can have a lovely swim in the clear swimming pool.
Security - Putu
Putu is the security, who is in charge of your safety during night. He will guard the villa during your night rest. Ketut is available for help if necessary during the night.
The Staff of the villa is available for 8 hours per day. at Sunday's the are free, except the security who is free at Wednesday.
Driver and Helpdesk- Ketut
Driver Ketur takes you from the airport to the villa in Lovina and will take you back to the airport of Denpasar. He is very familiar with Bali and can take you everywhere you wish to go, such as long daytrips to the South.
Transport in Lovina is always available during day and night. These drivers can be find in the information folder of the villa at Bali.
Transport is not included in the price and needs to be settled straight away. Off course, there is possibility to have a lovely dinner outside. The driver will take you to the specific restaurant and will bring you back. The food at Bali are of good quality and is no less than 70% cheaper compared to Western prices.
During you stay, a helpdesk is available. Ketut welcomes you and is in charge of the local registration. Ketut speaks fluently English and knows all the answers of possible problems and questions and will assist you if necessary.
Massage - Kadek
For a lovely massage you can call Kadek. She will come to the villa to give you the perfect massage you would like to have. Beside massages she also can give a manicure, pedicure or a facial peeling. In the villa you can find a list of possibilities.
Contactperson in the Netherlands - Saskia van der Pasch
Saskia is your contactperson before, during and after your trip. She takes personally care of your wishes and questions so you will can enjoy your trip without any worries.
