N.B. Above stated rates are for the usage of the villa (if necessary the guest house), therefore not per person.
* The period from the 15h of Feb till 3th of March, the 26th of April till the 5th of May and the 12th of October till the 28th of October will be rated as High season.

Attention! If you book for the period of June 2012 you will receive 30% discount!

There is always the possibility to rent the villa shorter than a week or for a longer continuous period (conditions apply). If you like to spend the holiday with more than 8 people it is also possible. Please contact us.

The rates are excluded the energy costs of circa €2,00 p.p.p.d. The exact costs will be deducted of your bond.

Extras:

  • nespressoIn the villa you can find an Espresso machine. If you like to use it you can bring your own Nespresso cups to the villa.
  • The villa offers wireless internet. For a compensation, you can use the internet, if you bring your own laptop. By the Helpdesk you can buy a voucher of 200.000 RPH. The rates of the Internet is €1,00 per hour.
  • In the villa you can find a safe where you can put your valuable things.
  • A driver is on demand for 24/7, who can show you the most beautiful spots of the island.
  • There will be a masseuse, Kadek, available for delightful massages, manicures and pedicures. This can be arranged by Iluh during your stay.

Payment:

One week after booking, it is required to deposit 30% of the rental. After this deposit, your booking will be definite.

The remains of the rental, plus a bond of €200 is required to pay one month before arrival. You will receive the bond two weeks after return. Energy costs, possible damage or reparations will be deducted of your bond.
